At Depth & Discernment Psychotherapy, I provide attachment-informed, depth-oriented psychotherapy for adults and adolescents seeking emotional maturity and relational clarity. My work integrates personality development, family systems, and psychodynamic principles to help clients understand patterns, strengthen regulation, and respond rather than react.

I bring over 30 years of clinical experience and advanced training in attachment and personality-focused therapy. I am a Certified Circle of Security Parenting™ Facilitator and a Certified Dream Tender (2025).

Telehealth sessions are available Monday–Friday. In-person sessions are offered Tuesdays at Namaste in Truckee.
